Description

　　O principal objetivo do Analista de Engenharia Industrial (reporting) é coletar, analisar e interpretar grandes conjuntos de dados para identificar tendências, padrões e insights relevantes, realizando análise de dados para estabelecer métricas e resolver problemas complexos.

　　A posição irá desenvolver modelos e algoritmos para previsão, otimização de processos e outras análises, criar relatórios e visualizações de dados claros e concisos para comunicar resultados e insights a liderança, colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e recomendar soluções baseadas em dados, além de identificar e implementar estratégias para melhorar a qualidade e a integridade dos dados, fornecendo suporte analítico para projetos e iniciativas da empresa.

　　O candidato necessita manter-se atualizado com as tendências e avanços na área de Data Analytics e propor novas abordagens e técnicas para melhorar os processos e resultados.

　　O candidato ideal para esta posição é alguém que tem um formação em Ciência de dados, Ciência da Computação, Matemática, Estatística, Engenharia ou áreas afins, juntamente com experiência de trabalho em data analytics e ferramentas para geração e tratamento de dados como Power BI, Tableau, Knime e linguagem programação como Phyton, SQL, R (modelagem estatistica)

　　Perfil deverá possuir habilidades analíticas e capacidade de interpretar e comunicar insights complexos de forma clara e concisa, capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, gerenciando múltiplas tarefas e prazos.

　　Desejável conhecimento em técnicas de machine learning e inteligência artificial.
