This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation that will enable our IAO strategy, supporting the Order to Cash (OTC) Tower and is a key pillar for re-platforming Intel on SAP.
The OTC Subject Matter Expert is a critical position supporting the OTC Tower within the Intel IDM2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) that is tasked with providing expertise into the design and implementation of enterprise-wide standard processes utilizing SAP S/4 capabilities. The Order to Cash business capabilities encompass all order management processes from forecasting demand to receiving, fulfilling, and payment of orders.
This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs to key partners across Finance, IT, and Operations. As an SME supporting the IAO, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide inputs into business requirements for IT and Product Stewards to build and configure ERP capabilities balancing business needs and standard processesPrepares and Executes Unit Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing and resultsCreate and maintain business partner relationships with other operations colleagues and cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Procurement, etc., to provide operational guidance, drive efficiency, and optimize process executionIdentify and drive process improvements impacting global stakeholdersBe at the forefront as we look to transform and improve the E2E order management processDevelop and report out on KPIsCollaborate on the development of Integration Test scripts to verify system functionality. Analyze and validate Integration Test results to identify any issues or discrepancies.Document and report UAT results, including issues and resolutions.Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Communicate and train AMR ops on transformational processes and influence stakeholder buy in.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.5+ years of related practical experience.5+ years' experience in order to cash process areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and associated SAP solutions.Understanding of different Fulfillment models, including key processes around tax, trade, commercial invoices, and customs clearance.Understanding of revenue and billings processes, including forecasting, close, invoicing, and country specific differenceGood hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution- Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD) is a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
