The Role:
As the inaugural member of our Learning and Development team, you'll be the architect of our educational blueprint, designing and delivering transformative learning experiences that empower our employees. Your mission will be to harness cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to create engaging, effective training content across various modalities.
You'll be the maestro of our learning symphony, conducting needs assessments, applying instructional design models and learning tools, and collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop learner-centered, performance-based content and learner experiences in multiple modalities that upskills and resonates with learners and aligns with our business objectives. You'll help coordinate class arrangements and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
Stay at the forefront of learning theory, motivation theory, and the latest in educational materials, methods, and techniques. Your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be key in crafting custom solutions to unique challenges, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Applies needs assessment methodologies, instructional design models and learning tools, and partners with subject matter experts to design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training content and learning experiences in multiple modalities to upskill (improve knowledge acquisition, application, etc.) and meet learner and business need
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design and execute Bootcamps that accelerate skills development.
Produce captivating webcasts that engage and inform.
Develop and maintain a diverse range of course materials, from SCORM to multimedia files.
Operate a responsive Learning Help Desk to ensure a seamless learner experience.
Collaborate with experts to create compelling instructional materials.
Unleash your creativity with video editing, graphic design, and web-based training production.
Manage facilitator programs, including Train-the-Trainer initiatives and LMS role management.
Administer and optimize our Workday Learning platform, ensuring it meets evolving needs and standards.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
At least 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Technologist, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Technical prowess with LMS platforms and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, or Storyline 360
Experience with VR tools to create immersive, simulation-based courses
Analytical acumen and meticulous attention to detail
Stellar communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record in program/project management and stakeholder engagement, driving projects to successful completion

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $87,936.00-$131,986.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
