TRC is seeking an Air Quality Project Manager to join our Air Measurementspractice in our Colorado. This individual may report to our LAkewood, CO orFt Collins, CO offices or report remotely from anywhere in Colorado.The position requires strong air quality technical capabilities, a strongwork ethic, commitment to excellence, and the ability to maintain keyclient relationships.Responsibilities
Lead air quality compliance, permitting, and related projects forchemical, forest products, refinery, power, oil and gas and industrialclients located in the Colorado region.Serve as a technical resource on air quality compliance assurance andpermitting programs, including regulatory analyses of facility operations;major and minor source air permit applications under NSR, PSD, Title V,and state-level regulations; and NESHAP MACT compliance programs.Meet client needs via meetings, proposal development, maintaining clientrelationships, and passionate client service.Be part of project teams to provide exceptional project deliverables relatedto air quality permitting and compliance in an efficient and timely manner.Work with other TRC project managers and leaders across the AMS Consultinggroup on strategic pursuits within the company, region, and in the airquality arena.Qualifications
BS or MS in chemical, environmental, mechanical, civil engineering, orrelated discipline.10 years+ of environmental, air quality compliance, permittingexperience, including programs such as Title V, EPA Toxic ReleaseInventory, New Source Review, Air Quality permitting and MACT.Recent working relationships and experience within the EPA Toxic Release,Pollution, Aire Resources, Quality Air permitting, and/or industrial sectors.PE license or ability to obtain is preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Experience working on GHG and sustainability projects is a plus.An effective collaborator and strategic thinker.In accordance with local law, the following compensation range is applicablefor the job and location associated with this requisition:$80,000-$130,000.
