Minimum qualifications:
8 years of experience in management consulting, program management, business operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
Experience advising executive leaders on strategy, operations, and organizational topics.
Experience working with executive stakeholders, and developing and delivering communications and C-level narratives.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to take initiative and drive results with bias toward action.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Manage a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives in support of cross-Product Area AI go-to-market strategy and the Partnerships Solutions executive leadership team.
Develop and deploy partner engagement strategy to cultivate AI commercial relationships within Google partners in close collaboration with leaders and executives across Global Partnerships, Global Business Organization/Large Customer Sales, Marketing, and Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP).
Lead cross-Google Strategy Operations for AI go-to-market strategy, including pilot project bringing the best of Google's AI offerings to our partner Chief Executive Officers and driving commitment to adopt/test Google's AI offerings.
Act as a cross-Google AI go-to-market subject matter expert and set strategy, develop processes and enablement.
Identify roadblocks for interrelated AI go-to-market coordination across Product Areas. Empower cross-functional stakeholders with the information needed to optimize partner engagement.
