Work you'll do:
As an Implementation Specialist for our digital change management platform, you will own the end-to-end implementation process for new clients and project teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
System Implementation and Governance:
Own system configuration and technical set-up
Guide team through implementation steps
Provide best practices
Facilitate pre-implementation activities, implementation go-live, short term support and adoption, and corresponding sprints
Deliver end user training
Establish governance and driving/monitoring adoption
Drive alignment and sign off from key leaders
Develop custom reports and dashboards utilizing ChangeScout for client deliverables
Provide support through data migration and data formatting recommendations
Accountable for execution/deployment of multiple client engagements simultaneously
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct regular check-ins to collect feedback, monitor adoption, drive value
Escalate risks and issues
Deliver refresher or deep dive trainings when needed
Identify potential new opportunities
Implementation Continuous Improvements: Identify, plan, and execute ongoing continuous improvement activities to drive higher value
Sales Support: Support pre-sales conversations and provide client or internal demos on an as needed basis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience facilitating training or workshops with clients/ customers
2+ years of experience implementing cloud-based systems
2+ years of professional research experience including critical/ analytical thinking
2+ years of experience with professional presentations; including oral and written communications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/ sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Organizational Change Management
2+ years of experience with a Consulting organization
2+ years in relational databases
2+ years of experience using or implementing Salesforce products
2+ years managing ambiguity and applying critical thinking skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,000 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
