The Datacenter AI Solution Customer Engineering group are looking for top-notch AI solution architects. On this job, you will have hands-on access to the highest performing AI accelerators from Intel. You will have the opportunity to work closely with enterprise customers, world leading research scientists and cloud service providers. You will be building the AI super computers from unboxing to tuning AI models to achieve the world record performance. This job will require the full stack hardware + software + AI domain knowledge. There will never be a dull moment.
As an AI Accelerator Solution Architect your role will perform the following:
Designing and implementing integrated hardware and software solutions to satisfy customers' requirements based on Intel AI accelerator products and adjacent technologies.
Achieve design wins with systematical optimizations on customer workload performance.
Serve as the trust advisors to both customers and internal product teams.
Infusing voice of customers (VOC) into a broad range of product development teams.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below:
Communicate with and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills to work in a globally distributed team environment.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum requirements noted below and minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience or
Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience or
PhD degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and relevant experience.
3+ years of experience with common AI framework (PyTorch, Tensor Flow) benchmarking and tuning.
3+ years of experience working with C/C++, Python.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting Machine Learning applications.
3+ years of experience in optimizing workloads in the cloud environment.
3+ years of experience in benchmarking and troubleshooting performance issues.
3+ years of experience working with cluster build-out and debugging Network Fabric performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working AI framework development experience.
3+ years of experience in new hardware enabling experience through AI frameworks.
3+ years of experience in software development or engineering experience with C/C++.
3+ years of experience using Intel Software development libraries such as oneDNN, oneMKL, oneDAL etc.
3+ years of experience working with low level optimizations experience for Intel Architecture.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,082.00-$243,222.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
