A week in the life of the AH64D Standardization Instructor Pilot/Master Gunner:This is a flying position.Serve as a AH-64DStandardization Instructor Pilot/Master Gunnerto Kuwait Armed Forces.Conduct informal and formaltraining and evaluation of KAF Instructorsand AviatorsAssist the KAF Trainers and Leadership and Instructor Pilotsby conducting Aircraft Qualifications, RL Progressions, Gunnery and Evaluations.to ensure operational readiness of KAFaircraft IAW applicable Flight Operating Procedure (FOP).Train, progress, and evaluate KAFdesignated Aviators.Location: Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait
Job Requirements:
Must be previously qualified as an AH-64D Instructor Pilot.Must have a minimum of 1000 AH-64D/E Instructor Pilot flight hours and 3000 total rotary wing hours of flight experience.Must have a minimum of 2000 cumulative hours of experience in the AH-64D/E aircraft.Must have experience as an AH-64D/E Master GunnerMust have experience teaching at USA-ACE as an AH-64D/E AQC flight line instructor and is familiar with the USA-ACE method of instruction (MOI).Prefer some experience as an AH-64D/E Standardization Instructor Pilot at Battalion or Brigade levelMust have flown in an AH-64D/E within 180 days.Other RequirementsMust completed Physical Exam within last 12 MonthsNot possess any chronic physical conditions that would prevent performance of duties in a semi-austere, tropical environment with limited access to medical careAbility to present proof of negative HIV test within 90 days of traveling overseasMust possess a current US Tourist (Blue) Passport (Passport must not expire within 12-months of being hired)

For over twenty years, AMERICAN SYSTEMS has supported the delivery of training services to foreign military personnel in support of US foreign assistance programs. We offer a very competitive compensation and benefit package and there are no upfront out of pocket expenses for persons hired. All travel and transportation arrangements will be made and paid for by AMERICAN SYSTEMS. Living expenses are paid by AMERICAN SYSTEMS with all employees living in western-style secure accommodations. Work is performed five days per week at a secure facility/base within the host nation. Persons hired will be full-time salaried employees of AMERICAN SYSTEMS. There is no requirement/authorization to carry firearms.
