Job Description
Tradeweb is seeking an Agile Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of finance-related projects using agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project workflows and effectively communicate project status and updates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities, ensuring adherence to agile principles and methodologies. Collaborate with finance team members and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate meetings with team members and business partners to ensure alignment, address issues, and resolve conflicts Engage with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and strategic objectives. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks through presentations and reports using PowerPoint. Utilize Jira and other relevant tools to manage project workflows, track tasks, and document project-related information. Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans. Help document business requirements and process changes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a finance or technology environment. Strong expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading agile projects from initiation to completion. Proficiency in Jira and PowerPoint is essential. Demonstrated ability to effectively use Jira for project management, workflow tracking, and reporting. Skilled in creating visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project risks and issues. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $200,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
