About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager within the Information Management Utility organization. The Contract Generation and Enablement (CCGE) function, which is part of the Shared Services Organization within the Chief Operating Office, is responsible for product management (L3), use case development, and implementation of a centrally supported contract management utility. This capability provides services, business processes, and operational tools to support a true end-to-end contract management lifecycle value stream for the enterprise. The lifecycle includes contract generation through to renewing, terminating, or amending contractual agreements.
This senior manager role will lead the product management (L3) function on the team. Accountabilities include leading product strategy and defining product and service feature/functionality within CCGE's business capability to meet identified contracting/agreement needs across LOBs and support functions; administer demand intake processes for the CCGE product; engage with lines of business and enterprise functions to identify and design solutions for new use cases for onboarding, evolve the CCGE product offering and capability in line with changes in market dynamics, technology, and industry innovation; support the development and integration efforts for the capability/technology platform in collaboration with other organizational units and vendors; support the implementation and maintenance of products and services while ensuring adherence to enterprise regulations, policies, and procedures.
In this role, you will:Manage and develop a team of various levels of Business Execution Consultants to ensure successful planning, development, business engagement, onboarding and service execution, problem resolution, and measurement of the product and services within the CCGE product capability with moderate to high complexity and visibilityEngage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectivesIdentify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plansRecommend opportunities for continuous improvement of the CCGE product, applications, and services outcomesDetermine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverablesInterpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and riskCollaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the businessManage allocation of people and financial resources to support execution of the CCGE strategy and tactical operating goals and objectivesDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyWork locations:
