What You'll Bring:Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptanceTechnical aptitude including experience working with API based products, and abilities to speak to product and technical capabilities.Practical understanding of Scrum principles and practicesExperience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action.Excellent communication skills and business process knowledge.Impact You'll Make:
As an exceptional Product Owner, you will drive value add and high quality features in support of an enterprise wide strategy to converge core technologies to a more robust services architecture. P art of our Global Technology organization, you will help develop robust, compelling, and integrated data, tools, and technology solutions that can be leveraged across vertical value chains, and integrate easily into product and customer workflows. T he impact you will make include the following:Voice of the business to the teamRepresent capabilities and features at team level in supporting Scrum FrameworkEnsure traceability between requirements to Features to user storiesCollaborate with solution architect, product manager, and engineering lead to translate requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteriaPrioritize the Product Backlog aligned with business priority as communicated by the Product ManagerFormally accept the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-edBe a leader during Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team's release planning sessionsUse your excellent communication skills to understand technical requests and accurately translate into product features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.Work with QA and analyze data and test results to ensure integrity is maintained throughout program lifecycle and ensure market and business needs are satisfied.TransUnion Job Title
