Bazaarvoice is looking for a manager of Agency Partnerships to join our partnerships team. With a passion for e-commerce and social commerce, this is a role where you will be spearheading the development of our agency strategy, specifically for our content acquisition offerings.
The role is based out of the Bazaarvoice flagship office in London (One Newman Street), and the ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years experience in agency sales and is a strategic thinker that can connect our capabilities to agency KPIs.
What you will be doing:Drive agency demand for our content acquisition offerings, resulting in a pipeline of opportunities for our content acquisition sales team. Raise agency awareness of Bazaarvoice’s value proposition, specifically the Influenster community and our sampling and nano-influencer solutions (driving social UGC, reviews, consumer insights).Build and nurture relationships with agency decision makers. This includes a wide variety of agency types: shopper, social, PR, digital, ecommerce and media.Foster Bazaarvoice and industry thought leadership, helping agencies stay ahead of social commerce and ecommerce trends to serve their brand & retailer clients. This includes building and hosting agency specific webinars and lunch & learns.Partner with agency leadership to establish preferred partner status and secure MSAs, to streamline partnership at the account and campaign level.Work closely with our Content Acquisition Sales team, to help this team of account executives respond to agency RFPs and bring opportunities through the sales funnel and ultimately, to close business.Meet or exceed assigned pipeline and revenue quotas.Ownership (reactive) of Bazaarvoice EMEA, Open Network partnerships, to include contract management and quotation support for the partners and sales reps.Some local and international travel for client meetings will be required (when safe to do so and welcomed by clients/partners).
Necessary Skills and Experience:Agency sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue by closing agency business.Prior experience in the influencer, sampling, and/or e-commerce space preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to conduct formal presentations & one-on-one meetings. Self-starter excited by the challenge of unlocking a new area of growth for our content acquisition business.Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Strong understanding of typical agency buying cycles and processes.Excellent team player.
