What does the role look like?
As the Aftermarket Ops Analyst you will be accountable for applying functional expertise in assisting and lead projects to support improvement of maturity across actuation aftermarket Operations processes.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?.
Monitor Actuation Sites AFM Operations Performances through the DMB - Daily Management Board process. Gates, WIP Level, DIH - Days in House, Customer Arrears, On time Delivery and TAT.Monitor Customer Service Repair Sites Performances through dedicated dashboard and governanceDriving AFM Operations Continuous improvement activity across Actuation sitesSupport the development of new digital tools & process with Act Digital Team. Evaluate & Develop Digital Opportunities for the function (data integrity, automation, visual management, etc.)Gather Inputs and engage with sites to benchmark (inputs, tools, methods & outputs)Write & Document Best Practices in Standards & Load in Triaster.Training team, ensure sites support & effectiveness of the process.Performing tasks, maintaining reporting activities as need and ensure support is offered to AFM Sites and Corporate
What will you bring to the role?
Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical)A strong background within aftermarketSAP/APO & dashboard analysis. MRO Life is a plus.Running/Setting up Ops dashboardUnderstanding of Finance, Programs, Continuous improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations functions & ERP systemSelf-organising, manage time to meet deadlines & accomplish tasksAbility to monitor progress and make changes as necessary
