The Role
As an AEM Solution Consultant, you will lead engagements with our largest and most innovative customers. These engagements will span the customer lifecycle, from executing on deep discovery to illustrating how a customer's vision and use cases can be successfully realized using Adobe Experience Manager, to working with long-time customers of AEM and helping them understand the benefits of new features and integrations, and how they might accomplish new projects with their existing investment.
You will participate in and lead deep-dive architectural discussions, including but not limited to Adobe Experience Manager or Experience Cloud solutions. You will build complex software demos showcasing advanced-level use cases in Adobe Experience Manager.
You will educate customers of any/all integration options including APIs - both native and custom. You will also collaborate with our internal partners, Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers, to better understand what issues and opportunities are most prevalent across our customers and how the AEM SC team might expand to continue delivering more value and impact. You will also have ample opportunity to grow your skillset and explore innovative use cases extending across the team into other solutions.
What Current SCs Say About The Role
Creative Position: "This position is the rarest SC position I have encountered. I have the charter, backing and resources to shape the strategy for our team engagement model with clients. We are problem solvers, solution finders crafting groundbreaking Digital Marketing solutions."
Lifestyle Role: "What I love about the SC role is that it's more of a lifestyle than a job. The focus is completely on what matters: How am I impacting sales cycles with my team and developing my subject matter expertise across the Adobe Cloud not how many hours am I in the office."
Work/Life Balance: "I've been an SE/SC now for 6 years at a couple of different companies. Adobe is at a different level in terms of personal development and work/life balance. The whole company shuts down for two weeks on top of the best PTO and flexible work schedule in the industry."
