Job DescriptionPublicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Associate, Adobe Engineer to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will translate client requirements into technical designs and lead teams implementing strategies using components of the Adobe Platform to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments. You will also coach and mentor team-members on guidelines and best practices for developing solutions using Adobe Platforms.Your ImpactDevelop Digital Consumer experiences using Adobe's AEM product suite, including Web Content Management (WCM), DAM and Social CollaborationEstimate, design, code, test and deploy small to large-sized modules of a marketing technology project using one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation and syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc.Apply deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe solutions like Analytics and Campaign to make appropriate technical decisionsDiagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.Manage a team of up to 5 developers and quality engineers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the clients' requirements to the highest quality standardsConduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are usedParticipate in team activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos and retrospectivesDiagnose and resolve technical problems including defects and platform limitationsPerform Adobe Product Administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, security, backup/restoreQualificationsYour Skills and Experience5+ years of architecting and implementing Adobe solutionsDeep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as SpringDeep understanding of and hands-on development experience with relevant 'Java CMS' frameworks including Apache Sling for content-centric application development, JCR and JSR-170 / JSR-283 for Content Management, JSR-168 and JSR-286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle developmentProficient in Adobe AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment processGood understanding of Adobe AEM WCM capabilities including multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferredProficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processesGood understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Day CQ / Adobe AEM with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms, is preferredStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)Experience in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target and Adobe migration projectBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fieldSet Yourself Apart With:* Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions* Strong technical, leadership and communication skills* Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution* Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision* Ability to prioritize when under pressureAdditional InformationLevel: Senior Associate L2Pay
