Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Development of strategy plans and tactics to create advertising campaigns that deliver against sales (market share) and brand health target.
Oversee & optimize budget and resource allocation for all four brand (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac)
Identifying relevant media channels and messages to ensure effective conversion, moving clients along the funnel.
Lead marketing team and agencies while working with global marketing & local commercial teams.
Essential Qualifications / Requirements
10+ years proven experience leading marketing / strategy / innovation functions for a multinational company of relevant size.
Strong understanding of advertising principles and media channels, including digital as well as CRM background.
Proficiency in navigating IT & MarTech suppliers & internal IT processes
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and analyze functional effectiveness.
Proven people management and people development experience of teams of over 5 staff.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to evolving marketing needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Previous budget management experience for multiple brands (multi-million dollar).

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
