How you'll contribute:
As an Advanced Markets Group Life Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with other members of the Advanced Markets Group, sales & distribution team in the design and implementation of life insurance solutions that help our customers solidify their best client relationships, protect them from competitors, and help them generate revenue from within their existing practice. This role partners with our Life & Long-Term Care wholesalers and relationship management teams in case design, education and consultation around estate, business continuation, wealth & legacy planning.
In this role, you'll get to:
Design, deliver, and evaluate marketing and training programs Provide advanced markets sales strategies and consulting assistance to Brighthouse Financial sales personnel, relationship management and marketing professionals as well as financial professionals, their partners, and centers of influence (attorneys and accountants).Deliver technical expertise and training on legislative, tax and legal issues impacting products, sales strategies, marketing materials.Assist financial professionals and BHF sales management personnel with case presentation and case design preparation for complex life insurance strategies.Deliver in-person and virtual "main stage" and/or "breakout session" presentations on advanced markets topics in support of Brighthouse Financial sales teams as well as key account strategic relationship management teams.Deliver field-based state insurance license continuing education courses (CE) on behalf of BHF external sales force and relationship managers.Design, deliver, and evaluate marketing and training programs, seminars and other materials that further knowledge and experience in advanced markets concepts to both internal partners and external financial professionals.
We're looking for people who have:
10+ years of financial services industry experience.7+ years related case design/financial planning experience.FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63.Life/Health Insurance license.At least one of the following: CFP, CPA, CLU, ChFC highly preferred.Strong main stage presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.High energy and effective team collaborative skills.Technical knowledge of financial planning issues regarding income tax, investment, retirement planning, estate planning, business owner planning and income tax management.

Compensation - Base salary is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 plus competitive monthly variable sales incentive target based on sales results.
