Requires specialized conceptual and practical knowledge of theories and principles and apply general knowledge of business and industry practices within client training on Enablon Software. Carry out a full range of professional duties.
Identify and advise on client work processes procedures and training needs, contribute to the development of learning programs and implement and deliver training modules.
Provide clients with training and go-live support, where required, to ensure knowledge transfer and utilization of products and provides clients with guidance on safe work practices.
As a Senior Trainer you will instruct a breadth of application courses that cover foundational and advanced concepts, along with technical training to enable internal staff, customers and partners in the implementation and positive adoption of the Enablon platform.
The Senior Trainer brings domain expertise that helps understand customers’ needs and facilitates change management. In this remote role you will be Reporting to the Training Manager, the senior trainer delivers best practices using a variety of presentation formats including engaging lectures, live demonstrations and assessments. They combine a passion for teaching and learning with an enthusiasm for safe working. These strengths will be used to lead learning and foster positive customer relationships and user adoption. The Senior Trainer develops training materials and content and contributes to the maintenance and extension of the training catalog. They may also be involved in Sales cycles to help position training. #LI-Remote.
You Will:
Represent us in a manner through a cross section of client seniority and across different cultures.
Analyze and investigate clients learning needs, advise on specific learning requirements, and develop learning programs to meet those needs.
Develop learning and training programs including all content, materials, and infrastructure, following our needs.
Deliver engaging instructor-led training (End-user and Administrator) to educate colleagues, customers, and partners on our Software internationally, both virtually and in-person
Deliver instructor-led training on Enablon’s Configuration Engine courses (Technical, System Administrator)
Become an expert in training Enablon applications.
Deliver Go-Live Support for clients to help promote positive user adoption of the Enablon Software and provide experience to encourage safe working practices.
Test new and updated ways to help deliver content to meet the needs of all learners
Create training documentation and content, using provided tools.
Create hands-on exercises.
Identified improvement possibilities, provides input for and review training standards.
Be aware of and implement training and go-live support trends and ensure these are reflected in all training activities.
Provide Quality Assurance of training material.
Collaborate with fellow team members and other internal departments to ensure accurate, training content.
Acquire Software and field knowledge to facilitate best practices in all trainings.
Train as the subject matter expert with colleagues, partners, and customers.
You will work on your own assignments and provided coaching to other team members.
Assess and verify Enablon, Client and Partner trainers to ensure they meet and maintain training delivery and technical knowledge standards.
Manage customer expectations for assigned training activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction with training.
Share best practices with Enablon employees and partners to ensure use of the software.
Provide feedback to Product Managers and Developers to improve products.
Deliver quality work on time and within budget.
To learn more than the basic functions of the software.
Mentor fellow team members.
20-50% of international travel required depending on customer needs.
You Have:
Required:
Higher vocational level
Professional HSE qualification
Qualified Assessor
6-8 years of experience delivering training to internal and external Clients and Global Clients and IT audiences.
6-8 years of EHS domain experience
6-8 years of relevant experience in ORM domain hazardous industries and operational knowledge
Experience creating online and instructor-led technical content from scratch based on self-study of new applications and functionalities of applications and modules.
Qualified Verifier.
Bachelor's degree in training or equivalent.
Certifications in Instructional Design, Training Needs Analysis, Training Delivery or equivalent.
eLearning development.
Experience developing content for Learning Management Systems
Train in other languages.
Valid offshore survival certificate
Valid offshore medical certificate
