Description

　　Available shifts: 7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a

　　Our intake department handles high-volume calls, faxes and referrals. In this position you will respond to Incoming calls and faxes, schedule assessments.

　　If an RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC-A or LPC you will also perform patient assessments.

　　If LVN you will perform benefit verifications, take nurse-to-nurse and respond to our phones and faxes timely.

　　REQUIRED: You must hold a Texas LVN, RN, LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW license
