Key job responsibilities
Key HR role to Japan and Korea benefit operations and assist external service providers in the handling of benefit issues on behalf of employees;
Process new hires, terminations, and transfer case for benefit enrollment, changes and deductions;
Work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of knowledge, understand complex policies and apply them to employee situations.
As the key POC to communicate and resolve employee matters and queries with related issues.
Work closely with stakeholders and take effective activities to prevent defect.
Partner with peers in HR and cross-functional teams to drive alignment of HR programs.
Take ownership of customer / employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
Meet setup SLA and KPI
Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.
Be part of a team that actively seeks customer feedback to improve levels of service.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PeopleSoft

Basic Qualifications
6+ months of human resources experience
6+ months of customer service experience
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Experience in confidential environments
