  What You Will Do:

  We are seeking a high impact individual with exceptional leadership, organizational and administrative skills to serve as an Administrative Team Lead for 2-3 team members within the PGIM Real Estate office in Newark.

  The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week with two virtual workdays. Additional days in the office could be required if needed for coverage.

  Your Impact:

  In partnership with the Regional Administrative Manager, responsibility for day-to-day supervision of an administrative team to include handling work volume, distribution of work, identifying and facilitating training opportunities and managing time off.Frequent communication with key business stakeholders to identify administrative needs and close oversight to ensure needs are met with outstanding service.Work with the Regional Administrative Manager to identify and support the creation of standard operating procedures for the broader administrative team and/or participate in projects as needed.Serve as the Team Lead for 2-3 administrative professionals to:Provide performance and career feedback and complete an annual review for each team member, provide growth opportunities, and managerial support to administrative team members.Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.Arrange large and small meetings including coordination of meeting agenda, meeting materials, meeting logistics, travel, and related planning.Leverage new and existing technology and mobile platforms (One Drive, etc.) to coordinate meeting materials on behalf of the executives you support.Conduct research and compile information for multiple types of statistical reports, using various software, including MS Office. Oversight for coverage for the reception desk for external visitors or business meetings.

  What You Will Bring:

  8 or more years of executive assistant experience working in a fast-paced environment.Prior management/supervisory experienceA proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to think proactivelySolid editing and proofreading skills and an attention to detailAbility to work under tight time constraints and be able to prioritize work.

  Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,000 to $125,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
