Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to provide on-the-ground support for the CEO’s office and administrative support for one executive.The person in this role will need to be a problem-solver and with extreme attention to detail and highly organized given complex needs, heavy volume, and the significant diversity of projects and tasks across the office. This person will be able to manage project and task-based work and will be support-minded, adaptable, agile, have exceptional communication skills, excel at relationship building and collaboration, and be proactive and resourceful in executing.
Required Skills:
Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
Onsite administrative support and tasks, in-office and at event based locations
In-person meeting coordination including room set-up and clean-up, catering, and attendee management
Manage a complex schedule
Coordinate travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Travel to support large off-sites as needed
Ad hoc errands/projects for office as needed
Support onsite team needs
Organize space planning and large offsite events
General office duties
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years experience in administrative support, consulting, coordination, or other client-facing role
Experience prioritizing multiple projects
Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
Experience in calendar and expense report management for 1 or more executives
Has own transportation
Public Compensation:
$66,310/year to $98,800/year + bonus + equity + benefits
