Working as an Administrative employee in the Technical department at GXO Logistics - Lelystad

For our growing site inLelystad,working for a well-known global fashion brand, we are looking for an Administrative Technician. In the role you will work closely with your colleagues from the maintenance service to ensure
that all work is taken up as planned. You will report to the Technical manager.
What are you going to do as an Administrative employee:
You will be responsible for monitoring of the work in the team regarding warranty cases, invoices, services' orders, checking inventories, delivery notes and delivery times for spare parts. Moreover, you will look for the most efficient and fastest way to prevent issues in case of a breakdown.
Other responsibilities:
Checking the invoices using our SFI system (client-specific system) Managing warranty cases with our suppliers Generating service orders for annual certificates and recommended spare parts in various projects Controlling delivery notes and inventories, always keeping good KPIs Improving delivery times by searching new suppliers or alternatives Correctly storing CEs certificates from new equipment Creating new equipment in CMMS element tree Managing team permi ts in different webshop services
What do you need to succeed at GXO:
General experience in a professional environment, experience in admin tasks (e.g. invoicing, placing orders) is nice to have Good computer literacy (advanced level of MS Excel) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, additional Dutch or Spanish is a plus Drive, resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Proactive attitude Ability to work within a group and manage outsourced teams Flexibility
