  KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Administrative and Office Services organization.

  Responsibilities:Work with Office Services to support in-office needs, including reception, escorting visitors, meeting setup and support, arranging catering, mail, coordination of technology and facilities support, and other general administrative support for Office Managing Partner and other Partner and Managing Director activitiesCollaborate with Tax Processing to provide support scanning, copying, and mail/shipping support during peak timesProvide transactional administrative support within the Administrative Services business model, including arranging travel, drafting firm letters, client invoices, other documents, and additional administrative tasks, as assignedCommunicate with KPMG professionals and external clients in a friendly and professional manner, working with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organizationTroubleshoot common issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives while escalating concerns as appropriateFollow standard practices and procedures for all activitiesQualifications:Minimum three years of recent administrative experience or customer service/hospitality industry experience; AV technology experience a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferredDemonstrated analytical skills; ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask critical questions for clarification, collect data to aid in developing/providing solutions; must also understand when to escalateProven ability to work independently and effectively as a team member; must be motivated, innovative and have a proactive approach while working under minimal supervision; able to promote a team culture with common goals and responsibilities as well as leverage strengths, expertise, and diverse perspectives to maintain a high-performing teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; excellent Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applicationsU.S. Citizenship requiredMust be able to be in the office five days per week with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
