We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic administrative professional to help achieve our mission: Help humanity thrive by enabling the world’s teams to work together effortlessly. As the Administrative Business Partner supporting our Customer Experience team, you’ll support our Head of Global CX and the AMER Customer Success leader with their mission to help customers in their post-sales journey to deploy, adopt, and use Asana as both a technology product and a holistic way of working. We strive to help our customers, across geographies, industries, and functions, get off on the right foot, experience the most value out of the tool over time, and ultimately renew & grow their subscription.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays; however, you may be expected to work from the office if there is a business need. What you’ll achieve
Build business acumen by understanding Asana’s sales lifecycle and business/organizational priorities Manage large, complex projects with significant impact on business outcomes and earn trusted relationships across the company Ensure leaders leverage their time through strategic calendaring: attention to detail, accuracy, context-switching, and energy management Produce impactful meetings and events through efficient logistics and preparation Turn speed into true velocity: quickly analyze/resolve tasks and improve operational opportunities, in alignment with our goals and priorities Collaborate with the admin team to provide seamless support for all Asanas Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and handle inquiries quickly, proactively, and follow through on tasks to successful completion Support your leader(s) in maintaining relationships with key people to ensure continuity in communications and to surface and pursue opportunities for collaboration Deepen our culture’s business impact by embodying our values and goals in all internal and external relationships About you
Supported senior leaders (VP, C Suite) for 4+ years Professional experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) Understand the highly flexible nature of support work and are comfortable being available in person and onsite 3-4 days per week Display exceptional discretion and a sense of nuance with confidential/sensitive information Enjoy owning and producing large/complex events and projects Comfortable navigating, and making decisions amidst ambiguity with equanimity and Are technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new applications and tools Honed excellent prioritization skills including analyzing business needs, judgment on trade-offs, and bringing along stakeholders You have professional polish in both internal and external interactions and the ability to exhibit grace and composure under pressure At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $129,000 - $165,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
