Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams on the Administrative front.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
Experience with calendar management over international timezones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Effective organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance.

Provide administrative business partnership and support for two Directors and provide support to our Bangalore and Singapore sites.
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
Coordinate duties for multiple offices. Provide support for global visitors to the Bangalore office. Serve as project manager for small and medium projects.
Be a transparent, organized and trusted business partner. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define/improve new operational strategies.
Be the heart of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun. Be an active contributor to the broader community and APAC sites.
