Position Objective:
To provide administrative support to the New York Sales and Operations Department of Harvard Maintenance. This position will assist with research and resolution of general and basic operational issues. Follows existing documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures to complete routine day-to-day tasks. Works closely with other team members to ensure day-to-day tasks associated with customer deliverables are performed in a timely and accurate manner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Typing, faxing, filing and mailing all correspondence for sales and operations department including Operations Management and Sales Executives• Data entry and manage work tickets as directed by site managers, sales, and operations• Print invoices and assist with reconciling customer bills• Assist with collections for sales and operations department• Close all work tickets for sales and operations• Forward phone calls to appropriate staff member or resolve client/employee issues as needed• Assist Management as requested on various tasks• Other duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience• A minimum of three - five years administrative experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions• Ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the Harvard Companies• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally• Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity
Compensation
Harvard is offering a competitive salary $25-$27/hour structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.Equal Opportunity Employer
