  Position Description

  CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certification. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.*

  Hourly wage: $38.21/hr. (non-negotiable)

  CGI Federal is seeking skilled administrative professionals with a TOP SECRET clearance to support the National Security Division in DC.

  Your future duties and responsibilities

  - Assisting your assigned Associate or Deputy Director's team by researching and updating grantee information in various databases

  - Supporting annual team program peer reviews to include assembling finalized packages/binders

  - Gathering and inputting relevant information for weekly program status reports in preferred format

  - Coordinating and assisting with program meeting and conference schedules

  - Prepare travel authorizations for government staff

  - Manage government staff calendars

  - Receive and appropriately direct calls from the office's main line

  - Utilization of Microsoft Office software programs; e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  - Moderate to Advanced experience with Microsoft office products: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  - Ability to work independently on both short tasks and lengthy projects

  - Previous administrative experience highly desired

  - Excellent communication skills

  - SharePoint experience

  - Travel coordination

  - Extremely organized

  -Must have active TOP SECRET clearance
