We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Sales Assistant to assist two top Sales Professionals in our Grafton, MA office. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, a quick learner, coachable, and ready to hit the ground running. Qualified applicants must seek to understand the sales team’s goals and effectively prioritize tasks to grow the team's business. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.
This position is full time, 30 hours per week and pays $20-$22 per hour based upon experience. We provide generous paid-time-off and offer a wide range of benefits (health, disability, life, 401(k), profit sharing).
Responsibilities include:
Building a pipeline of potential clients (getting creative with finding names everyday) Managing client database/platform Calling prospects to set appointmentsManaging team's social media (LinkedIn & Instagram)Preparing and maintaining all client orders/filesEntering orders, customer payments Processing returns, remakes and alterationsPreparing clothing for delivery Picking up and delivering client items as neededOther administrative duties upon request Qualifications:
Self-starter Professional image to interface with corporate clientsExperience using LinkedIn, Instagram to promote a product/individualExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skillsSolid Microsoft Office and Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) skillsTwo years office-related experienceBending and lifting up to 20 lbs.
