About the role Looking for strong, responsive, self-motivated individual to assist Regional Sales Management with daily administrative tasks. Join a sales team navigating an exciting, evolving marketplace. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general business support, information gathering, travel and meeting arrangements, and report preparation. Responsibilities Administer monthly and quarterly sales reports for sales management and distributors. Maintain contact information for Regional Sales Management and regional sales teams using the OneDrive shared file. Maintain regional database of customer information including contact information, customer company/region codes, sales assignment, account class, customer status. Respond to requests for information from available sales databases. Submit and maintain attendance records in Kronos timekeeping system for direct sales representatives. Maintain time-off records Track scheduled vacations to ensure territory coverage for sales region(s) Prepare Customer Maintenance Forms for any changes affecting distribution partners. Assist Regional Sales Management to complete the annual sales forecast. Coordinate quarterly regional sales meetings, including lodging, agenda items and meals. Provide monthly sales analysis to regional sales management and sales representatives in each region. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce.com a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong professional presence and able to work effectively with senior level management Excellent customer service with internal employees and external contacts Resourceful problem-solver, strong prioritization skills and ability to handle a multitude of projects simultaneously.
