This role is to support a national sales team of 650+ and a large support team, 250+ members. This position oversees the process of setting up new hires appropriately in various technology platforms to ensure smooth onboarding. This position will be responsible for following established work templates, as well as being able to problem solve new scenarios. This role is essential for maintaining the infrastructure – rosters, distribution lists, etc. for a large and varying team.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 7177 E Kemper Rd Cincinnati, OH .
We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Must be professional and comfortable interacting with executive level leaders.
Be able to understand complex team structures and ability to successfully navigate multiple processes to support the varying teams.
Manage team rosters and various email distribution lists.
Must have strong comfort with technology and highly organized.
Act as administrative process guru and "go to" for the team.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
Self - directed and works independently.
Provide internal and external customer service to employees, vendors, and clients..
Handle confidential information professionally and discretely.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Advanced Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, and Outlook including the ability to open, create, edit, save, and send documents, spreadsheets, and emails, other forms of documents
Data Entry experience
Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends
Must be 18 years of age OR older

Prior experience with front desk and handling visitor check-insSoft Skills:
Ability to learn and use industry specific software, flexibility to take on various admin responsibilities and handle unexpected tasks with composure, strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach to problem solving, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and communication skills to interact with team members and internal customers, customer service skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience for visitors, manage and maintain a tidy reception area
