Responsibilities
Position Details:
The Administrative Assistant will provide primary support to the Director of Homefinding.
Responsibilities:
Keep all office equipment operational and order all office supplies.
Assist with all Special Projects handed down from Vice President and Director.
Process all departmental billing, and petty cash account for Brooklyn Office.
Word processing, data entry and typing – which includes cases changes in LEWIS.
Place orders for office supplies, metro cards for bio-parent transportation.
Reporting COVID-19 updates for Brooklyn FFC and managing FFC seating following COVID-19 regulations.
Review/Update Social Work Caseload list for accuracy twice a month.
Archive all discharge case records/files.
Register all current and new FFC staff for trainings through ACS Workforce Institute and Human Services Learning Center (HSLC).
Process Personnel Action Forms (PAF) and job requisition forms.
Schedule candidates for interviews and retrieve all supporting documents.
Coordinate laptop and mobile phones for all FFC staff with the MIS Department.
All other duties as assigned by Director of FFC.
Qualifications
AA degree in any field or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)
Type 50 to 60 WPM.
Proficiency in MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CONNECTIONS, etc.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills, good organizational skills.
Salary:
