About Administrative Assistant

  About this role:

  Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas or senior executives.

  In this role, you will:Support moderately complex administrative tasksAssist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparationWork closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needsPerform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasksReceive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative processProvide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business lineInteract with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organizationRequired Qualifications, International:

  1 year of experience in Administrative Support or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holderMust be amenable to go onsite and on shifting schedule (night.mid shift)We Value Diversity

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
