Role
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrative Assistant to join our global Corporate Affairs team; the position is based in Vilnius and will support Government, Public and Regulatory Affairs colleagues in APAC and Europe.
In this position, you will play a key role in streamlining our operations by managing scheduling, expenses and other tasks to support at least one managing director and 3-5 senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong ability to prioritize tasks, and a deep understanding of administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle expense reports, including collecting receipts, tracking expenditures, and preparing regular expense summaries.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals, and managing travel-related expenses.Provide general administrative support, such as responding to phone inquiries, handling mail, and providing assistance to team members as needed.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and scheduling. This includes working closely with Corporate Affairs Administrative Support team to follow best practices and standardize support across the team.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or similar role.Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Outlook and Excel, and Zoom.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Annual base salary gross: Annual base salary gross: €18,800 - 30,200. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
