About Administrative Assistant

　　Provide administrative support Monday through Friday 8-5, with an hour lunch. Duties will be but not limited to: schedule appointments, order office supplies, manage and update advertising for the agency. Strong customer service and organization skills are very important and confidentiality is extremely important. Good phone and computer skills are necessary. Position requires the ability to work independently, be a self-starter and have an outgoing personality. Pay depends on experience. Benefits to be discussed.
