Summary:
Coordinate and maintain office services for the Food and BeverageDepartment.
Responsible for ensuring that internal and external customers experiencehigh quality, friendly and efficient service by providing administrativesupport for the department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments as needed.
Prepares and/or distributes incoming/outgoing mail and filescorrespondence, other departmental records and reports utilizingMicrosoft Office.
Maintain F&B personnel files; review all team member paperwork (P.T.\'s,disciplinary notices, evaluations, etc.) for accuracy; track records ofcounseling.
Order and maintain office supplies; control key box and log; maintainphone list.
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guestsand fellow team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
One year of clerical/secretarial experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel spreadsheets.
Knowledge of accounting functions to assist in the departmentmanagements needs, as well as POS/Infogenesis systems and Universaldesktop.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to read, write and speak the English language in order tocomplete work assignments and communicate with the management staff,team members and guests of the hotel.
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
Verify right to work in the United States.
