Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our office.
Administrative Support:Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, mail distribution, managing emails, and coordinating meetings.
Office Management:Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing general office organization.
Accounting Tasks:Handle basic accounting responsibilities, such as entering invoices, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
HR Assistance:Support HR functions, including on boarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related documentation.
