Purpose: Provide executive and administrative support to the Strategic Accounts/On-Premises leadership teams including Sr. Vice President, National Strategic Customer Growth, VP Strategic Accounts (x3), VP On-Premises.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:

Required Experience:
Experience in lieu of degree, however an associate degree (Community College, MBO)
is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive administrative capacity.
High level of proficiency in all MS Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint with ability to type 60+ WPM.
Proven ability to interact confidentially and effectively with all levels of business partners both internally and externally.
Highly organized with a proven track record of managing complex projects through to successful completion.
Demonstrate ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail and ability to be discrete.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): $39.11/hour - $52.14/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). This role will be hybrid – 2 or 3 days in office. Duration of contract: 8-months (02/26/24 to 10/18/24) with possible extension. Work Schedule: Regular day shift, 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 4 days onsite and 1 day remote at either 175 Greenwich Street; 3 World Trade Center; New York, NY 10007 or 200 Elm St, Stamford, CT 06901 office location.
