We are looking for an easy-going, yet self-motivated Internal Support Desk Specialist with great drive and interpersonal skill, willing to work evenings, to join our team in Ljubljana office for a period of 6 months.
A day in the life:
Providing support to our Customer Success Managers, 5-6 hours daily (4pm-10pm) mon-fri. Providing timely, consistent, and accurate support via email and chat. Performing campaign setup to ensure campaign success. Providing reporting, and set up services to our global account management teams. Embracing and encouraging a culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
What you'll bring:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - at high level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great interpersonal skills. Experience in customer support or client services is an advantage. Experience in digital media is an advantage. Speaking French, Spanish or German is an advantage. A passion for learning new things, and spreading the knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Please submit your most recent resume and a cover letter in English.
