　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Information Security and Compliance Teams execute security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing e-commerce programs. They research attempted efforts to compromise security protocols, maintain security systems for routers and switches, administer security policies to control access to systems, maintain the company's firewall and use applicable encryption methods. TE's Security and Compliance Teams also provide information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information.

　　As part of a global team with coworkers in Czech Republic, India, Malaysia and United States you will collaborate to support, configure and maintain applications, systems and processes related to identity lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding of workers, access requests, approval workflows, authentication, authorization, identity data synchronization and password management.

　　You will be supporting the Active Directory infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, related authentication models and other enterprise identity stores with focus on the identity data content and identity data management. The work is organized into projects with various scopes, usually across multiple technology stacks which are governed by the IAM team workflows. There will be opportunity to explore new exciting systems and technologies as behavioral analytics, hybrid cloud deployments and other products established as the new industry standard.

　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　Support and maintain data replication across multiple identity stores and tenants (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Lightweight Directory Services via MIM/Microsoft Entra Connect) Third level support for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID related issues. Support for the ADFS environment and ADFS related operations.Design, implement and manage IAM Solutions and Security Controls within the Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environment.Develop the automation and orchestration of IAM controls within Active Directory/MS Entra ID. Assist in the development and implementation of the IAM roadmap.Bring new ideas and innovations to reduce vulnerabilities while ensuring security is as air-tihgt while being seamless to the end-user.

　　Required:

　　The complete Active Directory technology stack (Architecture, Account & Group Management, Group Policy, ACLs, Security Delegations, Auditing, Object Permissions, AD Schema, etc.). Microsoft Entra ID RBAC and account management. Privileged Access Management and Just in Time Access. PowerShell scripting.Fluent level of EnglishStrong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Well organized with attention to detail.Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment.Ability to adapt to and rapidly apply changing technology to business needs.Team player.Good interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Understanding of Identity Lifecycle. Familiar with LDS.Familiar with the concepts of Least required privileges, layered security privileges.Administrative experience with MFA and PKI.Experience with ADFS and SAML.Experience with large Active Directory Hybrid Environment.Experience with Domain consolidations, Acquisitions & Divestitures, platform upgrades.Experience with or understanding of the IT needs in a global manufacturing environment.Experience with threat modeling and risk evaluation.Basic knowledge of the PL/SQL syntax.
