Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for an Account Administrator to join our team in Flint. You will be working within a busy finance team to successfully deliver the provision of financial information Your main focus will be the responsibility for the sales and purchase ledgers, building strong relationships with stakeholders on site and central purchasing
This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday - Friday working the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 & this will be an on-site based role.

We're looking to offer a salary of £25,949 per annum. In addition, we offer 28 days holiday pay inclusive bank holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:
Accurately inputting various journal postings across the business. Liaising with and support for Accounts Payable, Buying Centre and site team. AP Workflow / Stats & Reports. New Vendor set up / Supplier accounts procedure. Support for PO requisitions, pricing, quotations, credit notes, proof of delivery. General Office administration; Record keeping, scanning, and filing.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong administrative skills, ideally using SAP (Desirable) A background in manipulating large amounts of data Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and tight time constraints with accuracy and attention to detail Organised, good communications skills, strong team ethic & the ability to work under own initiative.
