DESCRIPTION OF WORKThis Executive Financial Associate position is responsible for cost allocation processes, determining necessity for secondary cost elements, reimbursement / transfer activity, SAP, R/3, AO and business warehouse transactions and reporting. Additional duties include accounts receivable processes, administration and planning and operation management.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.Your headquarters is 555 Walnut Street, Harrisburg. You will be required to report to headquarters to pick up your equipment and attend periodic meetings at your expense.Telework: You may be expected to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days when work dictates such requirements. Please keep in mind that while this is a full-time telework position, that can change at any time at the Governor's discretion. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:Three years as an Accounting Assistant (commonwealth title) and completion of 21 college credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting; orTwo years as a Fiscal Technician (commonwealth title) and completion of 21 college credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting; orA bachelor's degree including 21 credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training that includes 21 college credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting.
