Job DescriptionRegistration of invoices for goods and services issued by internal and external suppliers in accordance with Romanian accounting norms and legislation and following the rules and procedures of the Group (transport services, utilities, maintenance, repairs; consumables, spare parts, raw materials);Checks the existence of orders / CEOS, contracts, respectively the list of exceptions according to the supply procedure when registering invoices in accounting, informs the persons responsible in the event that the orders / CEOS, the contracts have not been drawn up properly for their adjustment;Preparing and verifying the invoices of the suppliers for making payments in due time according to the internal rules and the payment conditions agreed with the suppliers;Communicating with suppliers to confirm supplier / client balances and records and making necessary adjustments or corrections when necessary;Transmission of information / documents / reports to the financial / internal auditors, authorities with the approval of the direct superior, when this information is requested;Preparation of various, obvious situations, reports, data analysis or other details requested by the superior or the management of the company;Preparation of the documentation for VAT, preparation of monthly VAT records, preparation and transmission of VAT declarations 300,390,394, verification of correlations with the suppliers and customers of the company and making corrections and adjustments when necessary; sending statements 100, 101, half-yearly balance, annual balance sheet, other monthly / quarterly / annual statements;Recording of transactions of bank receipts and payments in lei and other currencies in accordance with bank statements.Additional Information
