Minimum qualifications:
Experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Experience meeting and exceeding business goals.
Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed.
Preferred qualifications: Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing, and competitive selling.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns and a focus on performance marketing.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to communicate in English fluently.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000-$114,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals. Own a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets. Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. Oversee stakeholder management and build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
