  We are currently seeking a Account Services Manager (ITIL) - Montpelier, VT to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont (US-VT), United States (US).

  This Service Manager will oversee, facilitate, and administer ITIL based service support and/or technical account management in the coordination of incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis.

  In this role you will also be responsible for:

  • Management and oversight of service delivery processes, which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management and /or configuration management as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical to strategic

  • Individuals are expert in their subject area and have working knowledge of related subject areas

  • Will lead large scale projects

  • May lead and/or guide others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department

  • Manages service delivery processes in a complex service delivery environment

  • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity

  • Identifies and leads continuous improvement activities in support of client or internal business processes

  • On-call critical issue and resolution component aligned for this role

  Requirements for this role include:

  • 6+ years account management experience

  • Must have experience with supporting and managing the ITIL processes (including: incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and /or configuration management)

  Highly Preferred Skills :

  • Experience leading complex service delivery processes and associated projects Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Excellent ability to create and document process

  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements

  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations

  • ITIL certification preferred

  • Experience working in ServiceNow and similar variations

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred
