The Account & Relationship Management Representative - (Regional Account Manager) performs higher level administrative tasks to support the field sales team to help drive new business and retain existing customers in the Nursing Education sales space.
Account & Relationship Management Representative - (Regional Account Manager) will also need selling skills to sell into some of the smaller product markets as well as upsell digital solutions. The position’s three main responsibilities include (but are not limited to): managing top business retention accounts; onboarding new customers; administrative duties as they arise at both the national and regional level.

Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
Identify problems and issues and resolve in line with established procedures

Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Full knowledge of operational or administrative processes and ability to perform a range of activities
Ability to communicate and explain information and data within the department, occasionally to external stakeholders
