As a Private Account Manager within the Vaccines Business Unit, you will be accountable for developing and growing strategically key accounts [Health Systems] within the Private customer segment. By clearly understanding the needs of your customers, you and your team will develop and deliver customer value propositions that describe how the VBU's immunization product and service solutions can create superior customer value. Responsible for managing several projects at any given time. The implementation of a vaccine portfolio contract is highly complex, and the Private AM will be responsible for managing and implementing multiple contracts in any given quarter. Develop, manage and grow key customer relationships by orchestrating the deployment of VBU resources to provide comprehensive immunization product and service solutions to strategically important accounts. Lead the development and execution of the business-to-business selling process for targeted key accounts in coordination with sales force teammates and home office stakeholders:Develop, execute, measure and adapt strategic account plans to drive performanceAccount needs and opportunities identification via frequent analysis & diagnosis.Value proposition development and delivery with C-Suite, Regional and Site level customers, continuously expanding of 4X4 & how to optimize F2F, digital channels, resources & matrix collaboration to create impactPurchasing and implementation through transactional personnel in support of contract compliance and vaccine program activation.Positively challenge extended team (Immunization specialists, commercial, medical teams) with ambitious goals, clear plans and modeled accountability. Capture and share best practices with IDN/Systems Team and its Matrix to elevate System activation & contracting strategies, problem solving and competitive tactics that lead to sustainable and expanded growth of the GSK vaccines portfolio beyond the Account Manager's book of Business.This position will operate in an uncertain and highly regulated environment. Problems will require internal GSK collaboration with RISD, contracting, legal, marketing and other functional areas as required. Ideas generated by the position will have an impact on GSK as the role is a novel approach to specific types of customers, customer who operate horizontally and/or vertically integrated healthcare systems.Interpersonal Skills:Ability to listen and understand customer needs in multiple dimensions.Applying flexible and creative thinking when developing new business solutions and value propositions that meet the needs of the customer.Communicating value propositions using written, digital, and oral presentation methods.Ability to negotiate and gain customer agreement for solutions that benefit both GSK and the customer.Building relationships with multiple stakeholders across internal divisions (PPIC, Oncology, Med Center, Pharma) and external customers.Influencing and facilitating the execution of business plans that impact multiple teams and individuals.Demonstrated leadership that serves to a broader Team and engages impactful collaboration.Demonstrates the GSK values with all decision-making.Why You?
