  BD Interventional (BDI) focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions seeking at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.

  About the role

  As part of our team, you will work in a small and close team where you will focus on gaining market. You will be responsible for the proactive sales of BDI Surgery products thanks to your positive representation of our organization. Do you enjoy meeting and, if possible, exceeding sales targets? How excellent would it be if you could increase our market share in The Netherlands through your contribution and drive!

  Main responsibilities will include:

  Proactively promote and sell BDI's surgery products in hospitals, focusing on gaining market share.Advise new and existing customers in the region, understanding and meeting their needs.Execute end-to-end sales activities, from product introduction to contract negotiations and closure.Successfully handle sales calls, demonstrating excellent negotiation, presentation, and account leadership skills.Conduct in-servicing on new technology and equipment, providing comprehensive training to staff.Develop individual sales strategies aligned with market conditions.Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure a competitive advantage.Collaborate with key opinion leaders, supporting special projects and key accounts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM tool (salesforce.com).

  About you

  Proven understanding of the healthcare industry, including diseases, treatments, and medical procedures.Knowledge of the Netherlands healthcare market and industry trends.Experience in the hospital environment with a successful track record in sales to senior clinical and business managers.Strong customer service focus with 3-5 years of sales experience; industry experience (pharmaceuticals, medical devices) is a plus.Proficient in Dutch with a good understanding of English.
