Meta is currently seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to contribute to developing and promoting Meta's advertising solutions for the Spanish and Portuguese team in the Meta Global Business Group. Account Managers are pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships, fostering growth, and providing guidance by leveraging data-driven insights for advertisers. Success requires a proven record of engaging decision-makers, identifying opportunities and trends, and implementing strategic and tactical approaches. Ideal candidates exhibit a goal-oriented, data-driven mindset, prioritise client satisfaction, possess consultative sales skills, analytical prowess, business acumen and strong communication. Thriving in an innovative, collaborative environment and a genuine enthusiasm for Meta are also essential. This position is a 15-month contract based in Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.
Account Manager, Spain and Portugal Responsibilities:
Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals. Be an active contributor of the EMEA, regional and Spanish and Portuguese sales teams to contribute to overall team goals and development.Engage and influence customer's decision makers, accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to identify and prioritise business opportunities, and posses the capability to conceive and implement both short and long-term strategic and tactical approaches.Foster long-term relationships based on mutual understanding through effective communication. Influence and shape client strategy by actively focusing on clients' unique needs deeply and offer tailored solutions.Guide clients through their challenges, effectively demonstrate the value of Meta products and services, aligning efforts to hit client goals. Deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on our Meta productsAnalyse data to identify trends to enhance our customer support processes and improve team efficiency. Optimise campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all technical matters specific to your client portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issuesCollaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to co-manage complex work streams.Gather advertisers feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experienceRepresent Meta at conferences, events or through webinarsMinimum Qualifications:
University degree and/or masters or equivalent experienceClient management experience. 3+ years previous experience in sales or agency account managementStrong critical thinking, data analytical skills with a consultative and technical mind-setIdentify and leverage market, consumer behavioural and competitive landscapes shifts and trends within specific industries.
