Are you ready to conduct such of conversation and drive sales opportunities in line with our purpose? Are you ready to create factual impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for Account Manager Hospital Market – Operating Room Solutions (ORS) (Provinces: Lower Silesia, Lubusz, Opolskie)
In this position you will be responsible for
developing the Operating Room Solution business by conducting cost efficiency and sustainability discussion;
building and executing strategy for targeted accounts, including: stakeholders mapping, identifying key customer pains and address them, operating room trials, value and efficiency study, portfolio and profitability analysis;
meeting of sales targets (net sales and profitability) in accordance with the quarter and annual sales plan;
developing and maintaining relationships with customers and representing the company on the market;
gathering information about competitors' activities / market monitoring.
Regional responsibility: Provinces: Lower Silesia, Lubusz, Opolskie
What you’ll need
Minimum 3 years in the B2B sales and marketing environment
(Highly preferred: medical devices and/or other products, services or solutions for hospitals. Experience in selling other products or services based on the Public Procurement Law will be welcomed too.).Experience in cooperation with operating rooms is an advantage.
Strong communication, and presentation skills.
Business and goal orientation.
Work planning and organizational skills – it’s crucial factor for success
Independence in action and patient in providing long-term sales projects
Team player attitude.
Knowledge of English (B2).
